We know that so far 2021 has not exactly gone as we had all hoped, and we all need something to look forward to, so we at Charlestown Harbour are looking forward to our fantastic 2021 Sailing Season!

We currently have three stunning classic ships to choose from; Anny, Mascotte and Irene, and they all have an exciting and varied sailing season scheduled. There’s a great range of experiences to be had, including the popular day sails around St Austell Bay, 3-day Cornish cruises, cruises to the beautiful Isles of Scilly and longer voyages to Brittany. Sailing on these classic ships really is a sailing experience like no other, and each ship offers something a little different.

Anny of Charlestown is a 1930 Topsail Schooner and is Charlestown’s flagship. Mascotte is a 1904 Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter, and is the largest surviving vessel of her type. Irene is a 1907 West Country Trading Ketch, and whilst new to the Charlestown fleet, is a well-known charter vessel with a great sailing history. There is more information about the ships on the vessels section of our website, and all of the cruises can be purchased from our online shop.

The Charlestown Harbour shop not only offers sailing trips, but also has a fantastic range of local art, gifts, day sail gift tickets and Harbour merchandise, so if you are missing your Charlestown Harbour fix, have a browse – there are mugs, t-shirts, coasters, teatowels, keyrings, bags and also beautiful limited edition art by Harbour resident, skipper and artist, Toni Knights.

Let’s hope 2021 improves for all, and we remain positive – we can’t wait to get out sailing and look forward to meeting those of you that join us on our voyages.
